You will be supporting people who are trying to balance their finances and at the same time you’ll be contributing to your city. Your input will help us meet the needs of our residents and provide a great service.

You’ll be connecting with people from different backgrounds and using your skills to deal with people sensitively and warmly.

The Revenues & Benefits service provides help to a wide range of people and families. Our officers like to approach recovery with the customer very much in mind and encourage contact and engagement to ensure repayment suitable to an individual’s situation. As a Housing Benefit Recovery Officer you will be placing customers at the heart of everything you do.
