The ability to develop partnerships with facility operators and other stakeholders is a key requirement to ensure continuous improvement in the performance of our facilities.
The successful applicant will also:
1) have proven operational experience (at management level) within a sports/leisure environment
2) have experience of facility development and sports development
3) be familiar with contract management and monitoring
3) require excellent communication skills
4) have experience of budgetary control
5) have the ability to work under their own initiative
