Job Title: Group Manager - Implementation
Salary Range: £47,579 - £50,610 p.a.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Hertfordshire County Council is a high performing Authority with a Highways Service that is looking to maximise the opportunities of growth in the county. By ensuring that the service is prepared for the future, setting out clear Strategies to support sustainable development, understand what the technology revolution can do for us and manage and develop contract arrangements enabling effective procurement and delivery of our services and projects.
There are three exciting opportunities to work in our £115m Service in a senior role and build on our successes.
You will have the professional, technical and financial knowledge to champion the work of your Group, but most importantly, you will have the leadership, communication and influencing skills to work with colleagues within the Highways Integrated Leadership Team, the wider County Council, District Councils, developers, Hertfordshire LEP and other stakeholders, helping to ensure a joined up approach is taken and the most made of opportunities that present themselves.
