We know exactly what we need to do to get better and central to this is putting children and families of Northamptonshire at the forefront of what we do! We have designed an approach to the delivery of social work that puts systemic practice with children, young people and families at its heart and we have the highest ambitions for achieving the very best. As part of our exciting transformation process, we are seeking to recruit Social Workers within our Children’s First Response Team.
