An experienced property negotiator is required to assist in the procurement of temporary accommodation and direct lets for households threatened with homelessness.

Main advert detail

The successful candidate will negotiate with landlords, investors and companies to acquire suitable properties under lease and block booked arrangements for use as temporary accommodation. The role will also assist with landlord liaison throughout the lease term and at lease end.

The post will also involve liaison with private sector landlords to negotiate direct lets for suitable tenants.

Based within the Acquisitions Team, the post holder will contribute toward the contractual management of stock both within the City and the wider Sussex area.

Hours per week: 22 flexible working (Please note the salary is pro rata).
