About the Role
As one of two Business improvement officers, you will play a vital role in an ambitious and exciting new team to deliver a work programme of service improvement, which aligns to strategic outcomes.
You will support the Business improvement manager in in the development of new and innovative business processes, procedures and techniques, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must be able to interface and work across the business and possess a data driven and analytical approach to problem solving and impact analysis.
You will have a passion for continuous improvement and improvement methodology (such as Lean Six Sigma) with excellent documentation and process mapping skills, using tools such as MS Visio.
The role will support in providing a detailed understanding of local needs by taking a collaborative and joined up whole system view of the organisation in order to support the delivery of long term solutions for the residents of Croydon.
