We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join a dynamic property team to deliver an ambitious development programme.
What’s the job?
You will be the expert providing administration support to ensure the smooth running of the service. This will include maintaining filing systems, diary management, organising meetings, taking minutes, following up actions and responding to general correspondence.
Is this YOU?
You will have outstanding organisational skills, be used to working in a fast paced technical environment, and have the ability to interact at all levels of the Council, public and contractors, in a friendly and confident manner.
