Adult Social Work positions are now available in Integrated Disabilities Service (supporting adults with physical and/or learning disabilities).
As a Lambeth Social Worker you will delivering quality, responsive, safe and person centred services to support and promote the well-being of Lambeth residents. Safeguarding Adults is one of our key focus areas and we expect all Lambeth staff to be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and vulnerable adults.
Lambeth Adult Social Care is transforming as it progresses toward full integration of health and social care. We need Social Workers who innovate and seek continuous self-improvement and improvement of the services they deliver. The role will require you to maximise resources and achieve customer focused outcomes, it is therefore essential that you exhibit excellent communication and planning skills and be committed to partnership working across statutory and third sector organisations.
The role requires a Social Work professional qualification (DipSW or equivalent) and the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of working within adult social care. We are not seeking candidates wishing to complete their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment at this time.
