We are seeking an individual to fill a newly created post to provide the main officer focus to monitor, facilitate and where required to enforce the delivery of infrastructure projects related to legal agreements attached to planning permissions.
The post will be a mix of office based activities along with a requirement to check and negotiate facilities on site new major developments. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimum supervision, and will be required to meet and negotiate on behalf of the Council with developers and partner organisations such as parish/town councils
The post sits within a small but busy Planning Enforcement Team, and we are looking for a team player able to operate in a cross team/authority environment.
