Your role in our journey

 

As our Family Centre Inspections and Outcomes Officer you will to provide intensive challenge and strategic analysis to plan and evaluate services through an appropriate Self Evaluation Framework (SEF) to ensure the Local Authority is able to demonstrate effectively that it is meeting all relevant legislative, regulatory and statutory requirement in relation to services for children and families (0-25 years).  You will lead and develop delivery of integrated services for children aged 0-25 and their families, providing specialist and complex services to target groups, and reaching out to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in line with relevant statutory and inspection framework requirements providing support and challenge to service delivery partners/commissioned service providers in relation to statutory, legislative and OFSTED requirements, maximising performance and impact on children’s and families outcomes.

 

What you’ll need

 

A higher degree/level 7 qualification in a related field along with considerable and proven experience of delivering integrated services on a universal and targeted basis within a constantly changing environment. You will also have considerable experience of challenging the performance of diverse staff teams across disciplines and geographical locations with knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks and guidelines in relation to integrated service delivery. Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
