The role

DSO Building Maintenance provides a repairs and maintenance service to the council’s tenants. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Multi Trader to carry out all aspects of carpentry, building and basic plumbing UPVC repairs to predominantly our unoccupied properties, however there may be a requirement to carry out repairs in our occupied properties and public buildings which include communal and external areas to a high standard and in accordance with legislation.

Ideally successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • City & Guild Level 3 qualification within one of the main trades.
  • Ability to undertake all aspects of carpentry and building repairs
  • Multi Skill Experience.
  • Basic plumbing
  • Trouble shooting skills.
