The Public Protection Partnership is a shared service delivering Trading Standards, Environmental Health and Licensing functions to 450K residents and over 10,000 businesses across Bracknell Forest, West Berkshire and Wokingham. With over 100 staff it is one of the largest regulatory services in the south-east.
We are now looking to recruit a number of Regulatory Services Apprentices. You will be working alongside staff from teams covering a wide remit including residential and housing work to food safety and health and safety, protecting environmental standards, trading standards and licensing. You will also be able to work with our Response Team and Intelligence Officers. As a three authority shared service we are able to give successful candidates all the support they need to achieve the final standards as well as a broad and deep understanding of the work of regulatory service.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education at GCSE including English and Maths. They will also need to demonstrate a significant interest in the work of the Public Protection Partnership.
