Civil Enforcement Officer
Salary circa £22,500 per annum including flexible benefits allowance, dependent on experience.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Enforcement Officer within our expanding Parking Services team, covering the boroughs of Woking and Surrey Heath.
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to support our busy team. This is an opportunity to work outside and engage with a wide variety of people whilst delivering a key front line service.
You will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will ideally have recent experience of working with the general public in a face to face capacity and have a strong focus on delivering a high standard of customer service. The ability to maintain a calm and professional manner in the face of provocation would also be asset. However, comprehensive training will be supplied along with a uniform. A full driving licence is required for this post.
Shift patterns cover a flexible rota over a 7 day period; Monday to Sunday, 7am – 10pm. Sundays and bank holidays offered on a rotational basis. Please note that you may be deployed to work at various locations across north-east Surrey.
Previous parking enforcement experience is desirable and will be reflected in the offered remuneration package.
This is a full-time post, but we are open to considering part-time applications from strong candidates that meet the essential criteria for the role. If you are interested in working part-time hours, please clearly state your availability or preferred shift pattern on your application form.
