1 X Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity until 31st May 2019

We are looking for a Customer Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the Tenancy and Leasehold Services Division.

As Customer Administrative Officer you will have a varied role providing a broad level of support to the Tenancy and Leasehold Service. Your work will include responding to complaints and queries, liaising with other Council departments, ordering goods and supporting meetings by booking rooms and taking minutes. 

Day to day you will also need to make sure our financial records are in order, accurately updating our computer database as needed.

You will need to be able to use a variety of IT systems.  We need someone with experience of administrative and financial management work. You will need good communication skills and be able to work well with others. You should be accurate in your work and bring an organised approach. Ideally you will be confident enough to use your own initiative and suggest new ways of doings things.
