Salary – £37,266 - £48,600 per annum (+ Market Factor Supplement of up to £10,000 with an additional Retention payment up to £3,000 per annum)*
We currently have vacancies for a Team Manager in the Family Support Team.
You will play a key part in the delivery of a highly effective social care service as we work to improve outcomes for children and young people.
You will be responsible for developing the skills, expertise and knowledge for a wide range of practice issues whilst providing consultation, coaching and mentoring within the team.
You will be joining a friendly authority with a strong commitment to effective performance management, staff well-being, community engagement and partnership working.
