Duties of the post:

Worthing Museum & Art Gallery are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Buildings Project Manager.

The role will manage & co-ordinate Worthing Museum’s Costume Research Centre refurbishment including responsibility for Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Security Systems, external contractors and subcontractors with support from the Museum Manager and the General Manager for Operations.

Essential qualification NEBOSH General Certificate Level 3 is required as is being an experienced practitioner providing health and safety advice in a relevant building’s project setting, including knowledge of building repairs and maintenance programs. The successful candidate will be experienced in working within and to project brief’s, managing contracts and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Excellent communication skills are essential as is a high level of organisation and the ability to work under pressure.
