We are looking for a driven individual with sufficient knowledge and experience to lead on the delivery of building services, ensuring that the property portfolio is well maintained and optimised.
You will be responsible for undertaking building management duties (e.g. repairs, maintenance, statutory compliance and health & safety) as well as overseeing the work of a small team of building professionals.
The applicant must be MRICS, FRICS or CIOB qualified.
Previous experience as a manager/supervisor is not essential, but would be an advantage.
