As Assistant Income Management Officer you will be supporting the rent arrears recovery team in maximising rental income following the role out of Universal Credit in this area. You will have previous experience in a money and benefits advice or a similar role. You need to be self motivated, flexible and well organised and be able to work with your customers, your colleagues and the wider team and partners in achieving the council priorities and objectives in relation to rental income. You’ll be part of a varied and dedicated high performing team where flexibility, hard work, passion and commitment go a long way.
