£19,295 – 20,229 per annum inclusive of outer fringe allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Property Services (Housing) team to be responsible for collecting and administrating data in respect of our housing assets and compliance (land, homes, asbestos management and fire risk assessments).
You will be responsible for ensuring the data we hold is accurate, relevant and used to help shape the way we provide housing across the borough now and in the future.
You will be precise, professional and comfortable with handling commercially sensitive information, which will be used by managers to produce programmes of work and identify development opportunities.
You will ideally have experience of a similar role but enthusiasm and attention to detail is of equal importance as is an aptitude for engaging with colleagues across the council and tenacity in sourcing information.
