This is an exciting time for Epsom & Ewell’s HR team who are at the forefront of driving culture change across the organisation. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our small, busy team which delivers HR support to a varied and diverse workforce of over 300 employees.
You will maintain and develop our iTrent database, providing systems and project support to the HR team and accurate management information for both internal and external purposes. You will also be responsible for supporting with the preparation and collation of pay data required for monthly payroll processing.
You must have previous experience of working within a HR environment, and have used, maintained and developed a database system (preferably iTrent), including report generation and systems administration. Advanced Excel skills, experience of using Business Objects and general payroll experience would be an advantage.
In this role, you will have exposure to a wide variety of tasks and the opportunity to widen your experience in a diverse HR environment where no two days are the same. You will therefore be a team player with a genuine willingness to learn and a focussed and flexible approach to supporting the team wherever necessary.
