Up to £33,247 per annum
Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience
Rother District Council are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of our busy Digital Transformation Team delivering operational efficiencies and channel shift across the Council. As part of the team you will need to be pro-active, confident and an excellent communicator as you will be working with people of varying technical expertise.
You will be responsible for leading on the development, implementation and support of services for the Council’s Key Corporate Systems, including the Council’s website and Intranet, CRM, and Data Integration solutions.
There will be a requirement to lead on website development, providing transactional services to residents and delivering a mobile friendly solution, so experience in this area is essential.
You will also take a lead role in ensuring that our CRM Firmstep system continues to be developed successfully to meet the ongoing needs of the business, and deliver integration between the various corporate systems used across the Council.
For the right candidate we would be able to offer appropriate training and in return we are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to learn new skills quickly, have proven software development skills, and an enthusiasm to drive change and develop new solutions.
