This role will be based at Maryhill Children’s Centre, however you will be required to cover any of the other sites in Staffordshire in the event of holidays or sickness. 

Main Responsibilities

You will manage the front of house, incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries about services.  You will be required to support the Family Hub Manager with any administration duties they require.

Please ensure you outline in your application how you meet the person specification within the job description.  You will be required to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to enable you to travel to the various sites across Staffordshire.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be required to provide excellent customer care and a professional reception service meeting and welcoming families, children and young people ( 0-19 years) into our Family Hubs.
