Salary: £29,550- £30,968 per annum pro rata, plus £3,000 MRS per annum pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week

Biggleswade Older Person and Physical Disablity Team (OPPDT) is one of four teams in Central Bedfordshire’s Integrated Services. We are a progressive and dynamic team comprising of Social Workers, Community Assessment Officers and an Administrator.
The Biggleswade team are very much at the cutting edge of Adult Social Care with a strong focus on improving customer outcomes in a person-centred way. We have a drive to integrate with health services in the near future with a strong focus on early prevention and multi-disciplinary working. The team is very supportive, and we offer a flexible working environment. As a qualified Social Worker, you will be offered development and support through regular supervision to achieve the best practice possible. Some experience of safeguarding adults would be advantageous, along with the ability to complete holistic assessments and support plans. We are looking for positive Social Workers that wish to make a difference to our customer's lives and who possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. You will be Social Work qualified (BA Hons or DIPSW), HCPC registered and have post qualifying experience.
