oneSource Enforcement Services is a shared serviced partnership between The London Borough of Newham and the London Borough of Havering. This in-house Enforcement Team, operates within the M25 and is responsible for the collection of a variety of Council debts, including Council Tax, Road Traffic and Business Rates. London Borough Newham are seeking to recruit two Certificated Enforcement Agents / Bailiffs to join our successful and expanding Enforcement Services team.
Revenues Bailiff Officers £25,746 pa - £27,342 pa + Performance Related Commisison You will be required to enforce and recover Road Traffic, Council Tax, Business Rates and Commercial Rent Arrears within the M25 and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for your own workloads and for conducting visits to residential and commercial premises. You should be experienced and highly motivated.
The successful candidate will assist with leading the Principal Bailiff Officer in the recovery and enforcement of Council Tax, Business Rates, Parking Charge Notices, Commercial Rent and Sundry Debts, by Enforcement Agents (bailiffs) taking control of goods. You will be highly motivated, and have experience of enforcement and hold a valid Enforcement Agent / Bailiff certificate.
