About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the largest primary school in Heathfield.

Cross in Hand is a happy and successful C of E Primary School in Heathfield, East Sussex.  We have genuinely lovely children, supportive parents and a great team of staff.  Our academic results are good, but we also develop the ‘Whole Child’, so we value the creative arts and sport too – we even have our own swimming pool!

We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to support a child currently in Year 2. The successful candidate would need to remain calm under pressure and have a firm, consistent yet nurturing approach to supporting children.

Experience of supporting children with speech difficulties and Autism is preferable but not essential . Training can be provided. 

The position is being advertised as part time Monday to Friday 8.45 - 12.00
