We have 1x full-time (37-hour), permanent vacancy supporting the Children With Disabilities Occupational Therapy Team, based at the Sleaford Area Office and 1x part-time (22-hour), permanent vacancy based at the Sleaford Children's Centre (this post is subject to a criminal records check). The working pattern for this post is: Wednesday & Thursday 8.30–17.00 and Friday 8.30–16.30.
Our Teams are friendly, welcoming and will support you in training to undertake a wide range of duties for departments across LCC. Being fully integrated into every team, Business Support Assistants often become subject matter experts in the areas they support, developing and supporting best practice. You really can make a difference.

As some of our teams provide their invaluable support on-site, you may be required to work from one of our offices. Other roles offer the flexibility of home working and being on-site.

The Business Support family work flexibly to meet the needs of all services across the organisation, this means that some of our roles require cover for later hours and weekend working.
