Building Better Opportunities is a partnership project, delivered with Humber Learning Consortium and a range of local delivery partners which support those furthest from the labour market to address barriers and enable participants in their journey towards the world of work by increasing participants’ employability skills, self-confidence, local knowledge, community engagement, and personal resilience.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Key Worker to work with a range of delivery partners to develop and deliver quality guidance and support through one to one support, workshops and group sessions. The successful candidate will be involved in supporting participant assessment, action planning, and target reporting activities, in the process ensuring project-wide consistency with data management activities.
The post also involves working with participants post-progression, ensuring they have vital support after they have left the programme and / or moved into work, learning, or training, which can often be challenging in the first few months after an intervention so a solution focussed approach to work is essential.
You will join a dynamic and diverse educational establishment and require a flexible approach to the role. Applicants should hold a level 4 qualification relevant to IAG or equivalent experience and will be required to undertake CPD in relation to their job role.
