About the Role:
Are you an outstanding teacher with a passion and commitment to make a difference?
We are seeking to recruit a Teacher of the Deaf, peripatetic, who would join our Hearing Support Team (HST), which is part of the Sensory Service.
About the candidate:
You must have Qualified Teacher Status of the Deaf and ideally possess British Sign Language, level 3. We are looking for outstanding teachers of the deaf who are committed to ensuring every deaf child reaches their full potential and are creative and innovative in their teaching. Are you resilient and able to demonstrate a positive caring attitude. If you are highly organised and able to plan, model and deliver outstanding teaching we would love to hear from you.

For the right candidate there is a possibility of a TLR for an experienced Teacher of the Deaf, who is interested in leading this small team.
Interviews to be held on 9th March 2023.
Role to start from 1st September 2023 or sooner if possible.
