The successful post holder will be supporting the Principal Arboriculture Officer and the Woodland Creation Officer in providing a holistic tree management service on behalf of the Council.

The role will focus on the Council’s Woodland Creation Strategy, the planning of long-term management of the Council’s arboricultural assets and the delivery of strategic objectives in line with local, regional and national policy.

At Knowsley Council we will consider requests for flexible working.  For most roles, the following types of flexibility are usually possible: flexible hours, working from home, compressed hours, part-time.
