You will help keep track of the day-to day contract delivery liaising with colleagues and contractors, using our own spreadsheet records and the contractors’ on-line portal, and processing contractors’ invoices. You will maintain our PSS database of play equipment and tree-stock ensuring that it is always up-to-date and use our mapping system to check site ownership and produce maps. You will deal with venue and pitch bookings. There will also be some wider administrative support across the Leisure and Culture department
To succeed as Contracts Administration Officer you will be positive, and proactive, able to turn things around quickly, but still have an eye for detail. You will need to have good administrative and IT skills, be organised and confident in talking to the general public. As part of a small, hard-working and friendly team, you must be adaptable and willing to respond to issues as they arise.
For an informal discussion about this role please call Mark Pullen, Trees Officer on 01403 251291.
