Do you want to be part of a hard-working team where you can deliver brilliant administrative support?  Our Human Resources Department is looking for an experienced Administrator to work with them. This is a varied role that will give the postholder a wide range of responsibilities in supporting the employment life cycle. About the role…

As the HR Administrator, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Other duties include:

  • Support all recruitment activity and administration including pre-employment checks with new starters and onboarding
  • Monitor probations completions
  • Process contract changes
  • Process leavers
  • Respond to queries raised through the service desk
  • Provide technical support for the HR reporting system

About you…

As HR Administrator you'll need to be organised, able to prioritise workloads and provide support to both employees and managers to achieve our business aims. Your skill set should include:

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident in communicating across a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed IT skills, including Word, Outlook and databases/systems
  • Experience of working to a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Approachable team player
