Head of Tenancy Services and Caretaking - (CSRA £68,967-£75,544)

Fixed Term/Secondment post up to 6 months - Full time 36 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Tenancy Officers and Caretakers delivering services to Croydon's communities.  Croydon is reviewing its structure having created a housing department and recruited a new Corporate Director of Housing.  The interim Head of Tenancy and Caretaking will lead the team until the approach to the permanent leadership has been decided.  

You will be responsible 80 members of staff and will lead a review of the tenant and leaseholder service charges for caretaking and grounds maintenance.  You will work as part of a leadership team joining together a number of internal and external stakeholders responsible for delivering services to the borough's housing estates so that residents see continuous improvement in the services they receive.
