GENERAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Grade 3 (SCP 4), 33.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
(Currently £16,057.62 pa – figure quoted is pro-rata of full time)
Tarvin Primary School is seeking to make the above appointment to the school’s General Administration Team.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support for the school covering the following areas:
General Administration including
- Finance administration
- Attendance
- First Aid administration (training would be provided)
- Reception/Post/Reprographics
The successful applicant will have excellent administrative and organisation skills, be a team player and have knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of SIMS (Schools Information Management System) would be desirable but not essential as training would be provided.
Tarvin Primary School is part of the Sandstone Trust, located at the heart of rural Cheshire, close to CHester. We have over 250 pupils on roll.
