Social Worker - Review Team

Adult Services in West Berkshire has opportunities for 1 full time Social Work-England registered Social Worker to join our friendly and supportive Review team. We are a small Local Authority with a mixture of urban and rural communities which offers great variety and positive challenges. The Social Workers will be working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Social Care Practitioners in a small team to undertake  reviews of  adults who need care and support in the community. The work is very varied and will involve working with adults with a wide range of needs and disabilities. Experience of working with people with Mental Health conditions is essential and you will need a working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding processes.

 You will hold a full caseload and contribute to team performance, but in return you will be offered regular professional supervision and there are opportunities to develop your own skills as a supervisor.
