Administrator
We currently have an opportunity for a full time Administrator working in Children’s Social Care.
Our social care business support team provide support to the front-line social workers in the long-term social care teams. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets, monitoring the team inbox, responding to email and telephone enquiries and support the day to day running of the team. You will also be required to minute multi professional meetings and subsequently distribute the minutes to involved parties, ensuring timescales are met.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. You will be organised, willing to take responsibility, have experience of working with confidential information and the ability to work under pressure.
The team is based at the Shute End offices and whilst you will not be required to be in the office 5 days a week there is an expectation that you will work from the office at least 1 day a week.
