Sessional Learning Support Assistant
Sessional Learning Support Assistant - £12.49-£14.10per hour.
The successful applicant must be learner focused and able to perform a range of support duties including toileting and personal care.

We have a strong commitment to delivering excellent service to our learners. It is important to us, learners are not disadvantaged due to their health or disability and we will use a range of methods to support the learners with Learning Support Assistants being an integral part of the process.
All LSAs are required to follow the teachers direction and support the learner to ensure they are provided with the ability to achieve. It could be you are required to focus the learner as they may have concentration issues, you may be breaking the task down in to bite size blocks and reminding the learner of the steps the follow, you may be scribing as the learner cannot take notes or you could be assisting the learner to complete they portfolio. No two days will be the same and you need to ensure you are a multitasker, who doesn’t mind getting stuck in.
The successful applicant will be required to work at any of our centres and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service and the learner. We offer daytime and evening courses on weekdays and daytime Saturday courses, so it is important you specific within your application when you are available to work.
