Human Resources Advisor (RP0015)
37 hours per week
Starting salary £37,431pa with potential progression to £40,432pa on achieving designated skills and experience
We are looking to recruit an experienced and fully qualified CIPD Advisor to join our small friendly team to undertake a varied generalist role.
You will be joining a busy, fast paced environment where you will need to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You must have excellent knowledge of employment law with proven employee relations experience and working knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Reward and benefits
- Management information & data analysis
You should enjoy collaborating as part of a team, be well organised and have experience of supporting and coaching managers at all levels along with the ability to respond positively to change.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
