Job Title: Admin Support Officer
Location: Dacorum and St Albans
Starting Salary: £21,189 progress to a maximum of £22,369 pa
Hours: 37 per week

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great administrative skills and want to make a difference to children and families in Hertfordshire?
You can play a key role in supporting a St Albans and Dacorum Intensive Family Support Team to undertake their delivery of services to local children and families.
We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised individual who is able to ensure that a high level of administrative support to the team, to facilitate an excellent service being delivered to the families in St Albans and Dacorum.
This role will involve regularly sending letters, taking minutes, the content of which can sometimes be distressing, and supporting the day to day running of the office and team. The post holder will be key to ensuring that the team are able to undertake their tasks with the family and will be integral to the smooth running of the office base.
You will need to be able to work at a fast pace and be adaptable to the changing demands with the team.
The role will involve direct contact with families and therefore interpersonal skills are also integral for the applicant to hold.
Previous experience in service delivery or a business-related qualification would be beneficial along with previous experience of minute taking.
You will be a competent administrator with experience of using case recording systems, Microsoft Office and taking minutes at meetings.
You will be a confident team member, acting as the first point of contact for Managers and possess excellent organisational skills.
The role is office based in Hemel Hempstead
