ENVIORNMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNICIAN

Rugby Borough Council’s Environmental Health and Community Safety Team is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional to work in the Neighbourhoods Services section of our Environmental Health Team
The role will require you to carry out pest control work including surveys and treatments to eradicate vermin and insects in a wide range of premises and locations. A British Pest Control Association Diploma Part 1 or Health Certificate in Pest Control is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
As part of the Neighbourhoods Team you will also be involved in their wider activities including statutory nuisance and environmental crime such as fly tipping. You will also be required to carry out drainage investigations.
