We are looking for an innovative individual who can bring their strong managerial skills to our warm and nurturing school. You will be part of a team that is working to achieve excellent standards of learning and achievement for our children.
The School Business Manager will provide overall strategic leadership and management of all aspects of finance, HR, administration and operations support.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and flexible and able to demonstrate that they have:
- CSBM/DSBM for equivalent business/financial management qualification
- Strategic insight
- Extensive knowledge of school finance and HR
- Experience working with FMS and SIMS
- Experience managing Health & Safety and compliance
- Proven experience of team leadership and line management
If you are a current or aspiring SBM with drive and enthusiasm who is motivated to help the school on their journey of rapid improvement, this could be the role for you.
Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and actively encouraged where you will have the opportunity to meet informally with the Interim Headteacher.
