We are looking for a Student Counsellor who will support some of our students. The ability to use a range of psychotherapies / counselling techniques depending on what works best for the student is essential, and is likely to include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person-centred, Transactional analysis / Systemic Therapy, Gestalt, Humanistic, Solution- focused brief therapy etc.  

The successful applicant will have an appropriate qualification and the ability to work successfully with both individuals or small groups e.g. a family, a group of students with a similar problem e.g. eating disorder, self-harm, anger management, poor self-control etc.
