Revenues Officer
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Revenues and Benefits Service.
The Post is within the Revenues Department which is responsible for accurately establishing liability and collecting Council Tax and Business Rates.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our busy team, dealing with customer contact by email, letters and phone. Excellent communication and organisational skills is therefore essential.
Ideally you will have experience in local taxation environment and able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of the administrative process. Dealing with customers at Magistrates Court proceedings is desirable.
