About the role
The Volunteer Coordinator will recruit, support and develop a team of volunteers, in a variety of roles, to enhance our work to support and represent carers in East Sussex.
The successful applicant will be a skilled communicator with excellent organisational skills, who has experience of recruiting and supporting volunteers, and of developing, implementing and evaluating volunteer programmes. The ability to gain and maintain volunteers’ confidence is essential, as is a commitment to equality and inclusion.

Location: Across East Sussex
We have office bases at Eastbourne, Uckfield, Hastings and Lewes together with the option of hybrid working and remote working.
