Starting Salary: £27,344 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £30,151 (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: * 37 hours per week

Job Duties:
This is your chance to be part of a multi-disciplinary professional and busy team that has transferable skills which responds quickly and positively to change and challenge.
Working within the Property Department for the Facilities Management Team to deliver key health & safety and compliance advice, support and project work. This role is crucial in ensuring that we operate services safely, effectively, and efficiently. This includes identifying hazards assessing risks, writing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements, carrying out safety audits and site inspections. Review, maintain, develop and store Health and Safety related documentation. Supporting the training needs of the FM team.
This is a diverse role working with various teams across the Property Department to ensure services and activities are delivered safely and in line with the current safety legislation and regulation. You’ll work closely with external contractors and partners to ensure they comply with our requirements. You need to be well organised and able to work to deadlines. Working on your own is crucial but support will be available. Travelling between sites is required for this job.
You will need to have an interest in health and safety and ideally some experience in the practical application of health and safety controls and working practices. A Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), working towards Graduate Membership preferred.
