Corporate Investigations Officer (6 Months Fixed Term)
Governance is at heart of how we do things at Croydon Council and the Anti Fraud team are integral to ensuring good governance is embedded across council service areas and that the right services goes to the right people.
This opportunity has arisen from a need for some additional short term resource so if you are an accredited, experienced, fraud investigator this could be the opportunity for you. Aside from accreditation to ACFS standard the successful candidate will have extensive experience of investigating fraud within the public sector, with a detailed understanding of how local authorities work and of the community we serve. The successful candidate will need to have a strong understanding of the fraud risks that face local authorities and their partners.
