Building Control Surveyors

Located in beautiful South Hampshire, and working predominately in the Portsmouth, Fareham and Gosport areas around Portsmouth Harbour, we have an interesting and challenging workload with a strong mix of Partner companies, including Hampshire County Council and a very high market share for all types of construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Partnership. We are looking for experienced and highly skilled Building Control professionals, ideally at a Principal level although other levels of experience will also be considered.  

You will work on all types of major and minor projects from initial enquiry to completion and will be hands on in applying Building Regulations and public safety legislation, this will include carrying out site inspections, producing site reports of work in progress and working in partnership with clients and the public. You’ll also work collaboratively with other area teams and champion our services that are built around the needs of customers.

As well as being a full member of RICS, CABE or equivalent, you’ll have solid experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Building Control legislation. Just as important is an understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service.
