An opportunity has arisen for a Casual Bank Administrator to support the Provider Services teams within the Adult, Housing & Health directorate of the Council. You will be required to work at any of the 5 in Thurrock providing admin support directly to the team Coordinators and Managers.

You will need to be able to build appropriate relationships with teams within the Council to facilitate the ongoing provision of services to residents within the borough who require care.
The type of person who will be suitable for this role will be organised, professional and have good verbal and written communication skills to ensure that responses to phone and email queries are handled correctly. A large part of your responsibility will be to ensure that client and staff documentation is kept organised and up to date. You will be able to support the services when administrators are absent – so guaranteed hours are not possible.
