Trading Standards Officer

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated trading standards professional to join our busy team of trading standards and licensing officers here at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. This role will involve the enforcement of the full range of trading standards legislation, preferably including weights and measures, so relevant qualifications, knowledge and experience will be required. You will deal with complaints, advise businesses, get involved in regional projects, investigate rogue trading, and take enforcement action, including giving evidence in court when required. You will need excellent communication skills, be a team player able to work with a range of partners and be able to plan and carry out your own workload.
