The Housing Led Support Team will use evidenced based approaches to provide personalised, trauma informed support to people who are rough sleeping or who are at risk of rough sleeping. Support will be provided at the projects residential base or in the community.

The majority of these shifts are lone working. Enhancements to the hourly rate of pay will vary depending on the times and shifts worked.

You will act as the first point of contact for the homeless out of hours emergency line and ensure the safety of residents and security of the site.    You will have experience with a similar customer group, be able to work on your own initiative, and ensure that records are accurately maintained, good all-round communication skills are also essential.
