We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Homelessness Advice & Prevention team.
You will play a key role in the prevention and reduction of rough sleeping in West Lancashire by enabling rough sleepers to access and engage with relevant services and work closely with our support provider to deliver accommodation for those who are/or at risk of Rough sleeping.
You will also provide efficient and effective management of the Councils designated temporary housing for homeless persons, supporting customers in their search for a home .
We are looking for someone with experience of working with the public ideally in a homeless/housing environment. You must be customer focused and have the ability to communicate with clients in stressful situations.
